Resource planning
With Resource Planning in Fortes Change Cloud, you can plan capacity for the medium term. For a period of approximately one calendar year, you can align your strategic planning with the more detailed picture provided by ongoing projects. You can easily identify under- or over-allocation and then adjust your planning accordingly. You can do this, for example, by rescheduling projects, temporarily increasing capacity, or revising expectations regarding project completion.
